The banner place on Mannerheiminkatu is intended for advertising events and competitions. It's a visible marketplace for your event.

The banner may be displayed no earlier than two weeks before the event.

The banner must be wind-permeable perforated vinyl (MESH material) or flag fabric and must be single-sided.
