Note! Room reservations will become subject to a fee starting 1 September 2026. The price for a room reservation is 7 €/hour.

Meeting rooms are suitable for groups of different sizes, but no more than about 20 people. 

The sports facility is suitable for small exercise groups. The space is suitable for e.g. yoga, pilates, small-scale dance. 

In connection with the meeting rooms there is a kitchen with tableware, fridge and stove. There are 15 coffee cups and plates, 20 large mugs, 20 plates, forks, knives and spoons. Bring your own coffee/tea/other meeting refreshments. The cleaning of the reserved space is the responsibility of the renter and cleaning is done within the reservation period.

Gammelbacka Wellness Centre opening hours:  

Weekdays and weekends from 9 am to 8 pm  
Closed on public holidays 

The lobby area, which is managed by Porvoo Association Centre, is not available on weekdays from 9 am to 3 pm.  

The key to the reserved space is collected from Porvoo info. The use of the key always leaves a trace and we are able to investigate disturbances and vandalism. 

Collect the key before 3 pm on the same day as the room is reserved. Please note weekends and public holidays when Porvoo info is not open. If the keys are not returned to Porvoo Info, we will charge a fee of 145 euros.

Please note that the reservation of the facility begins at the booked time, not earlier.

Please remember to cancel the reservation if you no longer need the space. Cancellations can be made by contacting Porvoo Info by email at porvooinfo@porvoo.fi or by calling on weekdays between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. at 020 692250. Thank you!
