Swimming visit

To load your card, you need the swimming pool's mobile app or a customer card and a pin code.

- Downloading the mobile app is free of charge. The customer ID can be found under the QR code.

- Customer cards are available for purchase from the swimming pool cashier (price €5). The customer's serial number is printed on the surface of the card.

Subgroups include children, 7-15 year olds, students, pensioners, unemployed, conscripts/civilian service and carers. The document entitling you to the discount must be presented at the swimming pool checkout before loading card or mobile app.
