Book a reusable & stylish exhibition stand for events and fairs. The stand and its elements can be borrowed for various events as needed, thus enhancing the visibility of the City of Porvoo at the event.
The multi-purpose and easy to set up exhibition stand consists of different elements that can be used together or separately. However, you should book the whole package and specify which elements you wish to include in the "More information" section. If required, our Porvoo area customer service can arrange assembly assistance for your event, as long as we are informed early enough.
Sizes of wall sections:
- "The people make the city" or "The city of dreams" Width 219cm.
- 2 pieces Photo section Width 147 cm
In addition, the exhibition kit includes:
- A table, which is an element of its own and opens out of a large suitcase. It does not contain a lockable compartment, but inside the table there are a few exhibition items.
- Carpet 2x4m
- 5 lights
- 2 chairs
Available on weekdays from the Kompass service point from 9 am to 3 pm. Please allow for pick-up and return during the loan period.
We recommend a minivan for transporting the whole stand and at least 2 people for assembling it. You can come to Kompass to see the materials before your event.
Price: free of charge
The exhibition stand can only be reserved by a member of city staff.
